Electric Radiators
We have a range of electric radiators available, in both vertical and horizontal formats, alongside our range of electric and dual fuel towel rails.
Electric radiators are a great way of adding heat to an existing room were it is not possible to install a plumbed in central heating radiator. It is generally much easier to install an electric radiator in this instance as most come with power outputs up to 2kw (2000 watts) and can therefore usually be run off an existing plug socket.
Most of our electric radiators come with a built in thermostatic programmer allowing you to set the require room temperature and the on/off times throughout the week. We can also offer a range of non-programmable electric radiators for situations were you wish to integrate it into your smart home system to allow control through your smartphone heating system, such as Heatmiser, Nest etc.
The best electric radiator options are those made from aluminium as they have a very low water content and therefore heat up extremely fast. This allows the room temperature to be evenly maintained as they react very fast to changes in temperature, avoiding over-shooting the desired room temperature. Colours & Finishes
We have a huge range of colours and finishes available on our radiators, including over 200 RAL colours, textured finishes, matt finishes, tinted lacquers and much more.
All of these can be viewed at our Newtownards showroom, allowing you to see first hand what your new radiator would look like.
Control Options
Most of our electric radiators come with a built in thermostatic programmer as standard. This allows you to set the require room temperature and the time schedule for the week. If you would prefer to integrate the electric radiator into your smart home system, such as Heatmiser Neo or Nest, then we can also offer a range of non-programmable electric radiators. This effectively makes the electric radiator simply on or off, for control by the smart home room thermostat.
If you don't have a smart home system and would like a stand alone electric radiator that can be controlled remotely, we also have a range of Wi-Fi electric elements.
